The Goal

Create a stronger social media presence by updating Twitter on a regular basis, allowing readers to re-tweet content, and establishing a presence on Facebook. Establish a direct advertising campaign for iPhone developers to directly advertise on Cult of Mac.

What We Do

  • We installed the TweetMeMe WordPress plug-in and maintain Twitter profile
  • Created Facebook page and ran a photo contest promotion to kick-start the page.
  • Developed a marketing packet for iPhone developers and contacted numerous iPhone developers.
  • Consult with owner about optimizing affiliate and pay-per-click ads.

The Results

Currently, Twitter drives 35,000 visitors to the site per month and Facebook drives 6,500 visitors per month. We have partnered with Vito Technologies and their Star Walk iPhone application for direct advertising.
