I use Evernote to store my receipts and Upad Notes. Evernote can search your pictures for words. It even works on handwriting:
I use Wunderlist as a task manager. You can share to do lists with your team. It’s free and has push notifications!
I haven’t tried this app out but Easy Release looks like a great way to keep all your photo release forms in one place and subjects can fill out the form right on your iPad:
Also: DROPBOX! It’s such a great service. You can share files between you and your team in a jiffy:
